So Shakka - I heard you're supporting Jesse Boykins III! Is that true?

That's right Billy!

(cockney accent, if you please)
Jessey Boykins wanted to come to London right?

And so their managers were like:

'ou's that bloke what did all them songs in a London ack-sunt, in that colourful shirt? Let's get 'im on!
And so they did. Look at my name! It's in computer font next to a picture 'n all!

Here's the details:

Event date: 11th December 2010

Time: 19:30

Tis a beautful day today.

And for those who weren't lucky enough to get to see me BATTAH the STAGE in Manchester:

And Shakka's Singin' in London!

(where's Shakka?)

You know when there are just days when things get too noisy:
  • too many Facebook posts
  • Housework
  • YouTube videos
  • Daily Errands
..... TOO NOISY!!!

I'm performing on THIS Tuesday Night!!

Shakka and a Guitarist.

Less noise, and more acoustic music.

Anyone wanna come?

Tinaché the Familiar Newness

In my ears, he sounds like no-one I've heard.

Well, after analysis and dissection he sounds like a combination of people, but you could pretty much pick him out of a flock of sheep and say: ain't that Tinashé?

I'm lovin his music, and will definitely be buyin his album when I get paid. Its beautiful. No other words to describe!

First saw the video in a post from Adrian - the guitarist from The Remedies - and immediately started YouTubin' a bunch of his material ('YouTubin' - my vocabulary is bangin innit). In honesty I'm slightly jealous - WHAT?!?! JEALOUS?!?! - yeah. His music is REALLY GOOD! But I'm excited even more-so, mainly because he seems to have a NIESH blend of Indie and Nu-Electro, as if he worked in StarBucks brewin the concoction for TUYME.

And one thing I do notice is that his songs are easy, yet he is still taking the listeners on a journey. Rather than an easy song, with EASY LYRICS, and no commuting. You wouldn't spend £1.20 for the bus to be stuck in traffic. Why spend 79p (or 3:30 mins) on stationary music?

The guy is deep. Plain and simple. And I'm excited about what he's gonna do.

If you're readin' this Tinashé, I REALLY THINK we should jam sometime.

This was the video I saw:
